What can you expect at your new patient appointment?
During your initial visit, Dr. Neal's primary goal is to get to know you and your health needs in order to provide the most appropriate treatment for you. She will gather essential information about your complaints & health goals, perform a thorough examination, assess your functional movement, and develop a tailored treatment plan to address your concerns. Once complaints have been discussed and treatment goals have been established, you will receive your first chiropractic treatment!
Patients can expect to be one-on-one with Dr. Neal for up to 45 minutes during this initial visit. New patient paperwork will automatically be emailed to you prior to your appointment. It is expected that this paperwork is completed & submitted prior to the visit.

Consultation:
Dr. Neal begin by having a detailed conversation with you to understand your medical history, current symptoms, and treatment goals.
You will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns, ask questions, and provide relevant information that may contribute to your overall health evaluation.
Examination:
Next, Dr. Neal will conduct a comprehensive physical examination to assess your overall health and identify any specific areas of concern.
This examination may include vital signs measurement, range of motion assessments, orthopedic tests, neurological evaluations, postural analysis, and other relevant examinations based on your presenting symptoms.
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan:
Based on the information gathered from the consultation and examination, Dr. Neal will provide you with a clear diagnosis or clinical impression of your condition.
Dr. Neal will discuss the proposed treatment options, including the recommended frequency and duration of care, as well as any potential risks or benefits associated with the treatments.
Treatment:
You will have the opportunity to receive an initial chiropractic treatment tailored to your specific needs during the same visit, if appropriate and with your consent.
Dr. Neal will explain each step of the treatment process, ensuring your comfort and addressing any concerns that may arise during the session.
Follow-up and Next Steps:
At the end of your new patient appointment, Dr. Neal will discuss any recommended follow-up visits and their purpose.
She may provide you with self-care home instructions, exercise recommendations, lifestyle modifications, or other strategies to support your healing process and maximize treatment outcomes.
